The Florida animal shelter revealed that Cleo was dropped at the shelter as a stray and was scanned for a microchip.

The animal shelter shared that Cleo’s proprietor, Luisa, was in disbelief when their group contacted her, as a result of the pooch had ran away 10 years in the past.
