How long do you have to sweat while eating any food?
Sandwiches, pizzas, chips, chocolate bars, soft drinks, etc. are junk food. These foods are on the daily food list of many of us.
According to health experts, junk food contains a lot of high calories, which is harmful to health. People who regularly eat junk food should burn calories. But many of us do not know how much exercise should be done to burn calories after eating junk food.
The Royal Society for Public Health in the United Kingdom published a list in 2016, stating exactly how long walking or jogging should be used to burn calories from some popular junk food.
For example, if you eat a quarter of a large pizza, which contains 449 calories, you need to walk 1 hour 23 minutes or run 43 minutes to burn those calories. Or if you eat a chocolate bar with 229 calories, you need 42 minutes of walking or 22 minutes of running to burn those calories. Packaged chips contain about 161 grams of calories, you need 31 minutes of walking or 16 minutes of running to burn these calories.
