A feminine Terrier-American bulldog combine that was deserted along with her bowls on a sidewalk is now in foster care.
The canine, named Flora, was discovered on a sidewalk in Oxon Hill, Maryland final month. The Humane Society of Prince George’s County, an all-volunteer and non-profit animal shelter, posted about Flora on September 23, Saturday.
The shelter wrote, “This poor canine breaks our hearts — she was deserted in Oxon Hill along with her bowls and simply patiently waited for somebody to return again for her.”
